Quotations

• Quotations may be based on photographs, descriptions provided by the customer, or an in-person inspection of the property.
• A free quotation means there is no charge for providing the quote. It does not mean the clearance service itself is free.
• Quotations are provided in good faith but are subject to change if the actual amount or nature of material differs from what was assessed.

Pricing

• Final pricing depends on the volume, weight and nature of the material to be removed.
• Hazardous, restricted or specialist materials may require separate arrangements and additional charges.
• Access difficulties, parking restrictions, stairs, long carries or additional labour requirements may affect the final price.

Carrying Out the Work

• Clearance work only begins after the customer accepts the quotation and any agreed terms for the job.
• The clearance and rubbish removal service is chargeable. Payment terms will be confirmed when the quotation is accepted.
• Customers should ensure we have safe and reasonable access to the property and items to be removed.

Waste Disposal

We aim to dispose of waste responsibly and lawfully. Items removed as part of a paid clearance service are handled in accordance with applicable waste regulations.
